1. Meet and Greet

Before any stay, we require a meet and greet with your dog. This initial meeting allows us to understand your dog’s personality, needs, and any special requirements. It’s the first step in building trust and comfort.

2. Daycare Visits

Some dogs may require multiple daycare visits to feel completely at ease. These visits are essential in helping your dog acclimate to our environment and staff. We take the time to ensure that every dog feels happy and comfortable.

3. Overnight Trial

Before booking extended overnights, we require a one-night stay. This trial night helps us assess how your dog reacts when it’s time to sleep. Even the friendliest dogs can get stressed at night, and we want to ensure a stress-free experience.

4. Booking Overnights

Once we are confident that your dog feels at home, we can discuss booking overnights. We are a private facility, not a kennel, and we only take 5 to 6 dogs overnight. This limited capacity ensures personalized care and attention.
